We recommend using 2.5 tablespoons of powder for 2 dl. of liquid if you want to make a classic latte. This gives a full flavor and delicious sweetness. Using less powder will bring out the flavor of the matcha more, while the sweetness and milk take a back seat.

Preparation

Matcha Latte – Hot

Mixing ratio: We recommend 28 g powder to 200 ml. liquid. Stir the powder carefully with 2/3 warm water and 1/3 warm milk for the best taste experience.

Iced Matcha Latte

Fill a large glass with ice cubes in a blender. Top up with cold water until there are 250 ml. of water and ice cubes in the blender glass. (Most blenders have measuring units printed on the glass that you can use to read). Then add 1 scoop of matcha latte powder (28g) and blend everything for about a minute. Pour into large glasses and serve with a straw.
